Welcome to the FPC, agent.
I am Lusey, current manager of the Committee.
Our mission is to ensure safety for giant fleas that have been mutated to act like humans.
I see you're a little confused. Allow me to explain. Not too long ago, a being was created from a substance we like to call "Chemical Y". This being, once a miniscule flea, was transformed into a seven foot tall monster.
WELL, while everybody else in Paris was running about in panic, we went in and investigated.
Turns out the flea was completely harmless, here are some photographs and short videos we were able to get from the investigation using hidden cameras

As you're probably able to see now, the giant flea (presumed male) has no obvious intent on harming the citizens of Paris, in fact, he almost seems to intend to become a citizen of Paris!
That's where we come in, originally our organization went by the name "Supernatural Investigation Bureau", but since nothing interesting has happened since the Loch Ness incident of 1872, we've split off from the main group to form this one.
Your job is to aid in collecting information and photographs about this flea and anybody associated with him. Intel has given us his name; Francoeur. We are to keep him safe from harm while managing to keep our cover.
There are two squads here, the Information squad, which inadvertently gathers photographs and videos without announcing their presence. And the Interaction squad, who go in undercover to interact with Francoeur and anybody associated with him. You are permitted to join one or both, this decision holds only to you.
Here are your simple rules

((So this is a somewhat RPish thread for the fun of it. What we're doing here is gathering information, drawing situations and happenings within Paris, etc. You can create an original character or use yourself. There are two things to do here as I stated:
"collecting information and photographs" is real life information gathering that is where we'll go into the websites, watch the trailers, and eventually watch the movie. Then we gather up the information and post it up as a report.
Interaction is for the artists up there going on through a mission to gather certain intel, fight off a threat, or directly interact with the characters. An art challenge of sorts. I'll assign a mission to any "Agents" who sign up and wish to participate in the "Interaction" Squad, then they have to draw the scenario. It's like a fun challenge/game! Of course, I'll be doing some as well ;3
Anyways, I figured this would be a fun way to both roleplay a little and gather real life information about the movie (not like release dates and stuff, character stuff lol)
There will be a list of agents soon! Just sign up and we can get this party started 8D))
