1. I have no qualms with strong language, violence or sexual themes and so, please be aware that they just might happen so if you don't care for those sorts of things, this thread might make you less than happy.
2. A posting order will be had as soon as slots fill in. Right now there is no set number. Just come on in and grab a chair.
The setting is Paris..and really that's all there is to it so as far as everything else, 'have it your way but don't get crazy.'

Night fell over the City of Romance and the crowds of people thinned dramatically from the time the sun slipped halfway behind the building until it was nothing more than a sliver on the horizon.
Everything was silent except for the occasional yowling cat and passing vehicle. The sleepy city hasn't yet aware of it's newest 'pest' problem, fresh in from Russia.
Within the shadows, a hulking, crouched over figure made slow progress over the cobblestone. It's black coat and hat obscured everything except what little the bright red tip of their cigarette lit up. From what any passing person could see, they looked no more unusual than the moon in the night sky.
What was unusual was how any animals nearby would stand their coats on end and slink away as quietly as they could manage, and for a good reason.
The figure stopped and seated themselves on a stoop then took the cigarette from their mouths to dab at it with their sleeve. Fresh blood smeared on the heavy fabric and soaked in. In the dark, it looked no different than water or wine. The figure snubbed out his cigarette and moved on, their cancer stick erect in it's own ashes.
