Its not even halloween and there's already a bunch of snow on the ground here. Im hearing a lot of people are without power at the moment. It's flickered here a few times.

The Northeastern U.S. is often the home of freak snowstorms but what had happen a couple of days ago is really unexpected by most individuals due to the fact that the heavy snowstorm hit the Northeastern states a couple of weeks earlier than normal. During the snowstorm, air carriers stranded thousands of consumers on the tarmac. At least nine people have perished, and millions are without power. Since the storm, the temperature has hovered around freezing, which means that snow is melting and re-freezing, causing a wet cement texture that is difficult to remove and very heavy, it is now being dubbed that wet cement snow means lost power, airline fines, and more. We can never really predetermine all the things that might happen any time. What we can just do is to prepare ourselves to those unexpected happenings that might come to us to atleast prevent more damage and burdens for us that are being brought by the natural and even man-made calamities. |
