this showed up on my tumblr from one of the only AMIP fandom roleplay blogs that exist: vimeo.com/larsonliberlin/amonsterinparisobviously form the french dvd/bilingual... no subtitles tho unfortunatly (its like that on the dvd too, no subs ) i find it fascinating that the male choreographer is wearing a similar outfit to Francoeur, tho probably so the animators can watch how it moves during the dance) but still. this is very fascinating to watch ;D

can't see the video, I assume the clip is the same extra used In The Canadian DVD? If so it's one of my favorite extras :3 almost doesn't need the subtitles. Really interesting to see all the work that went into it.

That is so cool! The dance scenes in the film were really extraordinary I thought. It is incredibly difficult to animate dancing - you have to hit all the right beats. I was wondering how they did it so well. It makes sense now that they used live action reference. They got some really good dancers too.
*Sigh* If only I spoke French. Still that was awesome. Thanks for sharing!
