Here's a contemplation of all the ridiculous fanart I've done so far for this movie. WITH DESCRIPTIONS 8U


I was working on my "La Seine" piece and I just happened to have started drawing a little chibi version of him. CUTE OVERLOAD.


First complete fanart. You can see I'm totally new to the concept of giant bug people lol


I still love this one, but I was vastly unfamiliar with how Francoeur's face worked. I'm still proud of this one though :3


I'm sure we ALL know at this point how this one got here...


Invasion of the sketchbook! I'd had the idea of Francoeur meeting a cat ever since I drew the Spider comic, I started with that and then more stuff popped up around it.
The cat's name is "Fleur", she's a Himalayan/Tabby cross.


This one's prone to growth, just keep an eye on this one.
I'm trying to do various visual studies on Francoeur. Face shape, eyes, feet.
What I have here is the start.

I want to talk about the eye thing quickly while you're still reading lol. Now, I really do think his eyes will have a tendency to change contrast depending on mood. Why? Here, have a look at this.

That doesn't look friendly or happy in the slightest.

Still not quite there, but not so angry

Damn near human-like.

Okay, I'm done with the raving about for now lol. I'll talk more about the study sheet when it's expanded a bit ;3

Oh, the study sheet grew again!
Here's some things I wrote down when I submitted the extension xD
"Now there's some handy notes on height/posture along with a comparison to Lucile. I also did some more study on the face, basing it more on screenshots than memory. Finally, I added a note on the eyes and put up a little section on his feet."
