Well, he gets a badass portrayal in the beginning of the movie when he's all "Rawr! Monster!" and a pseudo one, later on when they try to fake his death and he gets to play "monster" (there's even a funny moment when his singing voice kinda interrupts his badass monster act.) Okay, that's funny and now I want to see it even more That makes two of us!!!! that sounds so adorable. Ok now I need to stop browsing this thread, I'm afraid I'll find out too much... lol

Spoilers are so darn tempting n_n
But I do have a silly question.
Does Franc chirp a lot in the film? Because that has to be the most adorable thing ever and I want more of it XD

Question about the unlucky thief... What is his story and how does it end?
Also, do Raoul and Emile live together?

The thief is just comic relief, just there for the kiddies to laugh at as he gets pummeled while trying to steal something. Not really important.
Uh, I don't know if they live together, but they certainly spend a lot of time together.

I have a few questions, do Raoul and Emile meet in the movie for the first time? Or did they know eachother before? And who's Albert?

I was worried at first the thief was gonna be like the pickpocket boy. -recovers from worry-

Raoul and Emile are established as longtime best friends from the beginning of the movie.
And Albert is just a side character with minor significance. He's a gangly waiter who works at the cabaret and thinks he can sing and sets off some significant events.

Well, he's part of the events that triggers Lucille's meeting of Francoeur. He also sets off other events that lead to the big chase scene, mostly by ratting out Franc's location to Maynott. BTW, he CANNOT sing. And he has the nerve to try to worm his way into a singing career at the cabaret by 'auditioning' for Lucille. The guy's delusional, and vindictive. He rats out Franc to get back at Lucille for rejecting his 'talent'.

He makes plenty of cute noises and chirps. Squeeee ^_^ Thank you <3 I do have another question, though. I saw some early discussions as to why Francoeur would end up ringing Lucille's bell - was he running from someone? Curiosity? I already know about that adorable scene but I was really wondering what made him go to her in the first place XD

Oh, goody, I can answer both of those questions with one spoiler box. ^u^ Okay.. So... after Lucille rejects Albert's "audition" he storms out into the back alley behind the cabaret. He hears a noise and a scary shadow silhouetted on the wall by a flash of lightning (Francoeur was just wandering over the rooftops and just happened to be there at that moment, watching...) and because of all the monster talk going around he gets really scared and panics and runs away screaming. Francoeur, curious and perhaps a bit confused by the scene, hops down into the alley and, curious of the door Albert came out of, goes to look at it and then starts pulling on the doorbell chain... and you know the rest. But Lucille, thinking it's Albert come back to try again, throws open the door to yell at him to go away and inadvertantly creams Francoeur with the door, etc, etc... and the rest is covered in the spoiler comic(s) I posted a while ago...
